Tree Planting
Horton and Little Sodbury Village Hall
We are looking to plant a number of trees around the field at Horton Village Hall starting at 10:30am on Saturday 25th March.
Yes, it's déjà vu all over again J
You will remember that back in November 2022, we planted over 400 trees around the field at Horton Village Hall.
Well, we have been donated a further 100 “wild wood” saplings (consisting of holly, hazel, crab apple, downy birch, hawthorn, goat willow) by the Woodland Trust, and we are looking to plant them around the field at the hall.
If you happen to have some spare time on that Saturday morning then we could really do with your help with the planting. Please bring along suitable spades/tools. Refreshments will be available.
Any help, even for half an hour, would be gratefully accepted.
In fact, it would be tree-mendous J
