Jenny, Beth and Marie have organised a second Calm and Creative Day. This time the theme will be Earth. There will be self-care, breathwork, drawing and writing as well as hot drinks, pastries, fruit and biscuits aplenty! The last retreat was such a positive and relaxing experience and we're sure this one will be too.
